Delicious PEACH BUTTER SPREAD!



Ingredients
4 pounds (1.8 kilograms) peaches
1 cup (237 ml) water
2 cups (400 grams) granulated sugar
Juice of one lemon



Throw in the whole peach in a pot of boiling water for 30s, then place then in a bowl of gold water (making easiet to peel)


Peel the peaches and cut them in quarters, removing the pitt, and place in a pot of boiling water for 15-20 mins (keeo stirring)



Strain the juice of the fruit, add sugar and lemon & store, stir well until its smooth


Store well, 2 weeks shelve life!
