Having Fuller lips is always Sexy to have, and even if you have full lips, you can play around with lip pencils and lipsticks for more dimension to get that Pouty lip ;)
All you need is:
-Foundation or concelaer (make sure its close to your skin color)
-Lip stick of your desired shade
-lip pencil, a little darker than your lipstick shade
-Clear lipgloss (optional)
-White eye shadow of shimmery powder (optional)
Prep you lips by exfoliating either with a toothbrush or one of my fave ways click here to get smooth lips
If you want to add an extra "Oomph" to the look pop on some lip gloss!!
QUICKIE POUT TIP! apply shimmery lip gloss on the top and lower mid-section of your lips on top of your lipstick (for on-the-go)
